[lazarus] More cleaned up in CVS

I commited some more cleaned up files to CVS. As a test since the
callbacks to the event messages was causing the exception I commented
out the callback setups for resize and show in forms. It compile and
then runs. The problem appears to definitly be in the Dispatch stuff. I
am going to start tracing through that code and see if I can notice
anything strange.

Anyway you can start building and playing with the controls just don't
set any callbacks.

I also modified forms.pp to remove TCustomForm. Since the various
methods set by TForms were empty it didn't seem to make sense to have
this duel layer in our class library. I made TCustomForm into just
TForm.
