[lazarus] Dispatch tested

I have done a more elaborate test on Dispatch. I modified my mgstest
program so that it worked in the same fashion as the gtk callback does.
I call it with

TObject(data).Dispatch(message);

>From a standard pascal procedure.

It does appear to work correctly in this small test. It blows up big
time in lazarus but I'll work on tracing that down.

Peter,

The compiler will still not except more than 2 procedures defined as
messages in a class structure. Do you have a clue what that is about?
