[lazarus] Common Dialogs example

I have added a new example that will show all of the common dialogs.
Currently it only shows OpenFileDialog and SaveFileDialog. I'll add some
more features so that you can see the results of your actions and some
more of the common dialogs as I finish them.

I have also fixed the problem with using the [X] in the dialog window
for closing the dialog. It works correctly now.
