[lazarus] TColorDialog

I just committed TColorDialog to CVS. You can see it in the comDialogs
example found in the examples directory.

The comDialogs example now shows TOpenFileDialog, TSaveFileDialog, and
TColorDialog. The Open and Save dialogs are useable at this time. I
still need to add some more features so that they can be modified by the
user but they do allow you to select a file and return the information.
The Color Dialog just appears at this point in time. It don't yet grab
the information that it passes back.

I'm going to do the TFontDialog next and then I am going to build a
MessageDialog.

Time to call it a night.
