[lazarus] CVS is updated

Shane,

  Compiles OK here.  The latest FPC from CVS compiles to 0.99.13 (The make
file had problems with creating directories, and the gtk_install fails on
installing gmodule.o).  I can get lazarus to perform an exception by
choosing VIEW | COMPILER OPTIONS.  See below
