[lazarus] I got the D%$$# events working in QT what a @$@

After a hard fought three day battle with the event handlers I finally
figured it out.

I should have been doing *&CallBackAddress in the library instead of
&CallBack which now make a lot of sense when I think about it.

In any case onward with jamming in the widgets.. I will post a screen shot
if I get chance tonight.
