[lazarus] Fresh meat announcement

First off let me start by pointing you to a little image I just created that
sort of explains in high level how the qt stuff works. The web address is
http://www.codepunk.com/files/qtengine.gif . This does of course require the
liblzqt.so be installed to link against since it is a interface between
QT at a object level and exports a C interface required by FPC.

As for the KDE stuff I think it would be just a matter of setting up my
environment to compile against the kde core and copy the QT Lazarus interface
and just call kwidgets instead of the qt ones. I had considered doing this
today but did not wish to risk a broken CVS for a directory add.

At the moment I plan on doing QT and KDE at the same time since they are
essentially the same thing.

Hello in GTK and QT comming in a moment.
