[lazarus] Request of year end

It would be good idea that includes "Hints" in the buttons.

I use a monitor of 14 inches and 800x600 is the best thing for these
monitors, but is annoying to have to be changing the size of the "Object
Inspector" and "Lazarus Editor". It would be good idea that the values
as large as the windows kept in the file "compileroptions.xml" that is
in the directory "/home/~xxx/.lazarus" or another similar.


Now when somebody looks for "XXX" finds to Lazarus :-D
