[lazarus] Which LCL components to use?

I changed this yesterday from TScrollBox to TScroller. TScrollBox
automatically scrolls its content, whereas TScroller doesn't. The reason
why I needed TScroller is to remove the flickering if the number of
lines changed or while scrolling.
