Hi, some more changes

Fixed creation of visible components at runtime.
   When a new editor was created it didn't show up.

Made the hiding/showing of controls more delphi compatible.
   This had to do with the showing problem. If a control was
   created on a already visible parent, it's visible flag wasn't
   updated correctly, so the control was not created. not it's
   done through CM_SHOWINGCHANGED and CM_VISIBLECHANGED

Sideeffects:
   The position of controls sometimes jumps to a wrong place,
   like the mainform, it shows now at the bottom of my screen.
   I'll have a look tomorrow
