Some changes:
Created/updated new gtkwidget for TWinControl decendants
like mwCustomEdit also improved foccusing on such a
control (mouseclick results in focus)
Made scrolbar support definitive, now only the correct
messages and supporting winapi funcs have to be added
BTW: Shane (?) nice work on the cursor (It only takes some resources ;-)
