[lazarus] CVS updates

Hello guys,

I just updated CVS. Changes include :

- implemented pen styles in GDK/GTK
- misc. changes in TCanvas code
- implemented SelectObject for pen objects
- corrected declaration in gdkmain.pp for gdk_gc_set_dashes, the third
parameter should be array of char, not char

You can see the styles on testform, when you push GDI/API button.
Hmm, I love to delete TODOs :-)
