In your distribution disk there is a subdirectory IMAGES
(/mnt/cdrom/images). There you have several files with .img extension.
Place a floppy and, as superuser (root) execute the command
dd if=rescue.img of=/dev/fd0
in the future you can use this floppy to boot your system.
