Hi, some changes.

I added the pathes from Hans-Joachim Ott:
   * Fixed messages in showmodal of 2nd form
     the messages weren processed

   * Fixed modal result for button
     the modalresult wasn't passed to the parent form

   * Fixed ModalResult = mrCancel in mainform
     the app didn't stop

While processing these I found some dead/obsolete code/messages in 
gtkobject. I removed/commented out them.
