[lazarus] New release of fpe available.

Greetings,

Morten has made a new release of FPE available.

The major changes are:
- Added Incremental search
- Added support for long file names
- Added copy to RTF or HTML to Edit-menu
- Added Copy mode to Edit-menu (copy to RTF or HTML by
  normal Ctrl-C or Ctrl-Ins)
- Source code released

It is currently available at

As soon as my DSL line is working it will also be made available on the
lazarus site.
