cvs checkout: move away rtl/COPYING; it is in the way

cvs checkout: move away rtl/COPYING.FPC; it is in the way

The problem is that CVS finds a file already there which is not placed 
there by cvs.  You should do a checkout in an empty dir. So (re)move the 
offending files (as CVS suggests)
