[lazarus] TScreen.Forms and TScreen.FormCount

I have added the TScreen.forms code.
I didn't examine it alot so feel free to look at it.

What is the use of this?  I have never used this in code before.

I implemented TScreen.Forms and TScreen.FormCount
The modified inc files are included in the attachment.
The modified TScreen declaration is in the file tscreen.txt, also included in
the attachment.

I forgot who the maintainer is so I send this email to the mailing list.
