[lazarus] New Database Connectivity Tools

Jason Wharton, author of the IBObject Tool suite has made an official
announcement about his database connectivity tools.

As they are not dependant on any BDE based connection yet can be used to
emulate/replace such components, they are perfect for a user wishing to
have complete database connectivity.
