[lazarus] Developer News and Bug Tracking change

Greetings,

Now you registered developers can finally change your password from that
stupid one I gave you.   ;-)

If you login under "Developer News" you will see an option to "Change
Password". You can set it to anything you want. You will also see a link
to "Bug Tracking". There is also a link from "Bug Tracking" to
"Developer News". This way you only have to login in once to go between
the different sections.

I believe I have the "Change Password" stuff working correctly but let
me know right away if you have problems.
