[lazarus] Object Inspector

CVS Committed.  New ObjectInspector code (thanks again Mattias) with events starting to show up and the new Color property editor.

I am still having troubles with the NAME property.  If I create a form and then drop a button on it, the NAME property is correct until I click on the FORM and back on the button.  Then the NAME property is garbled.  It's not the Object Inspector that's causing it.  It's somewhere else.  Any help would be appreciated..
