- Added BreakPoint dialog.  Currently it's not used for anything.

- Added changes for TListView.  Not yet completed.  Don't add TListItems to it because it crashes.

Try to enter 0.1 to spinedits increment field.

It changes to type float, but is filled with 1e-30 or so.
