[lazarus] Linking Problem

I have some trouble : 
why I Must Add These Lignes 
In My ppc386.cfg File to compile lazarus ??? :

-Fud:\pp/source/fcl/xml
-Fud:\pp/source/fcl/win32
-Fud:\pp/source/rtl/win32
-FuD:\pp\source\fpc\rtl\win32
-Fid:\pp/source/fpc/rtl/win32/wininc
-Fid:\pp/source/fpc/rtl/objpas
etc...


How Can I Use compiled versions of fcl Units  contained In
"$fpcdir/units/$target/fcl" ???
