Hi

some changes:
   - Removed old LM_InvalidateRect
       Since we have the API InvalidateRect we don't need this one

   - did some cleanup in old  code
   + added some comments  on gtkobject data (gtkproc)
       I wanted to update the counterpart of InvalidateRect
       (LM_Paint) and family by adding the "invalid rect"
       Therefore I needed a new gtkobject data member and that
       resulted in a somewhat "cleaner" solution and before
       I start with that some cleanup was needed.
