[lazarus] ToDo list for the IDE

Hi all,

This is to all people who wants to help in the IDE development:
These are some features that can be programed next:

-regular expression search and replace.
-backup options page in the environment options.
-DoBackupFile procedure in main.pp
-resource editor (see lcl/lresources.pp and codetools.pp)
-tools editor


I will do next:
TImage, Open/Loading projects, Loading forms, Bookmarks/Breakpoints.
