[lazarus] FTP access for Lazarus

It has come to my attention that the script kiddie managed to mess up 
the FTP server as well. I don't know what they did but they have made 
anonymous access impossible. I will be returning on Sunday and will 
work on getting things back to normal at that time.

Why do they always wait until you are gone to do this.   :-\
