Hi all,

Updates:
- codetools: caching of scanner and parser errors. (Sources with errors
  are not parsed again and again)
- splash image is now shown from beginning and will hide, when a message appears
- fixed unreleased/unpressed Ctrl/Alt/Shift
- fixed initial size of TPage. This also fixes the strange scrolled editor bug
  on open file and find declaration.
- fixed "save project as" renaming of project source
- codetools: added find-declaration cache dependencies. This accelerates
  successive find declarations
- finddeclaration of overloaded identifier when cursor on proc name,
    'open arrays' and 'array of const'
- fixed mem leaks
- fixed crashing bugs on open project file
- fixed TSynEdit: codetools defines editor and code template editor should now
  work again
- compilation: linker error will now be recognized
- various bugfixes for expression operators, lcl exceptions, code node cache
