[lazarus] *.ico, *.jpg problems from cvs

I have no idea.

The only icon used at this particular moment is mainicon.ico, so I tested 
it.  I renamed the one I have locally and then got the new version from CVS. 
  It was corrupted.  I then tried to re-commit the good icon (I finally had 
to use -f to get it to commit) and then tried to re-get it.  The icon was 
still corrupted.  Then, I noticed something rather odd; the good icon I have 
is is 7.18 KB, but the corrupted one is 1.19 KB.  I'm scratching my head 
about this one.
