[lazarus] font selection

because I need German special charcters (Ã¤Ã¶Ã¼...) within all components I tried 
to use font arial in forms, labels, comboboxes and buttons, but only labels 
show the correct font and German special characters. 
- Is it posible to change standard font for the complete apllication to arial?
- Changing font size neither works. Isn't it installed yet?
