[lazarus] CVS Updates (Debugger)

Hi all...

Some CVS updates
   * Upgraded gdb debugger to gdb/mi debugger
   * Set default value for autpopoup
   * Added Clear popup to debugger output window

The debugger should work again, however the gdb version required is at 
least 5.0. (or it should support the mi interface)
If there are any troubles running, open the view-debugoutput first to see 
what is happening.

TODO:
   Add fileopen dialog when a sourcefile isn't found
   Add watches
   Add groups
