[lazarus] Lazarus for Win32 Binaries/Distri

I use Win32 on my machine in combination with DevPascal (Bloodshed) and
FreePascal. Yesterday I heard from the Lazarus project, tried to download it
but I only found Linux binaries and the Sourcecode from the CVS, the Win32
category was empty. Where can I get Win32 binaries - or if the aren't yet
available when will they arrive? Can I build the win32 binaries from the CVS
source myself?
