Hi all,

The form editor now uses InvalidateRect instead of brute force
Form.Invalidate. This reduces the flickering.
Plz report if any artefacts are left.

Other updates:
- new form editor options: colors and rubberband
  New selection option: You can now choose if the rubberband 
  selects grand childs
- fixed a crashing bug in the resizing code.
- TControl.InvalidateControl is now VCL compatible.
