[lazarus] FPC Imlib headers

Okay.. or a package group like GTK. Standard Imlib headers only require the 
Xll packages, not the GDK packages but gdk_imlib headers reuire glib, gdk, 
and X11. So if I were to put in an Imlib directory with an Imlib 
subdirectory, and a gdk_imlib subdirectory, then each could have its own 
Makefile.fpc with the proper required packages included. I will see if I 
can't figure out how do to do this based on the gtk packages later on.
