[lazarus] Zeos library ...

Hi all,

I began the bearing from the Zeoslib bookshop for Lazarus.  This bookshop will 
make it possible to have under Lazarus some components giving access to the 
data base (Interbase, MySQL, PostgreSQL for the principal ones).

The loading of API related to the data base (like the gds32.dll or gdslib.so) 
is made in a dynamic way.

On the other hand, this bookshop could be compiled that with FPC 1.1 and more.
