Hi all,

in no specific order:

- TStringGrid editor from  Jesus Reyes
- splitted output directories for cross compilation
- added "Show all messages" for compiler 'before' and 'after'
  commands
- IDE interface units moved to ideintf directory
- cross compilation now works with packages
- fixed .ppu extension for win32 under fpc 1.9+
- renamed DirectoryExists in filectrl.pp to DirPathExists 
- implemented ssAutoXXX scrollbars for TTreeView
- basic "Repair broken LFM" wizard. The "Delphi unit to
  Lazarus unit" function now deletes unknown properties and creates
  lrs files.
- IDE now checks if a package unit conflicts with a FPC unit
- codecompletion: forward proc body position now block sensitive
- new function: File -> clean directories
- IDE now reopens some often used windows on startup
  (e.g. projector inspector, code explorer)
- package editor: new in popup menu:
  sort files and move file up/down
- new: Environment -> Rescan FPC source directory
  use this, when you updated your fpc
- switch for win32 gui only applications:
  Run -> compiler options -> linking -> target os specific
- made gtklayout using window theme at start
- lcl/messages.pp moved to lcl/nonwin32/
- removed lcl/registry.pp
- updated polish translation from  Darek Mazur
- updated spanish translation from  Raul Moratalla
- many adaptions for fpc 1.9
- many fixes from Vincent Snijders et al
- added docs/Contributors.txt
