[lazarus] Patch for TWin32Object.CreateBitmapFromRawImage

Hi,
   I tried compile Lazarus with FPImage but after running it ends with 
some FPImage exception on my W98. I found a little bug in procedure 
CreateBitmapFromRawImage. The patch is attached.
   For Micha: diff created with -u option so I hope now it is in the 
format you asked for.
