[lazarus] Windows user

Hi,

Could anybody write me how to make work Lazarus?
(I have downloaded fpc 1.1 binary and source and Lazarus also.)
I mean from scratch. I know I have to configure it because of the lack
of an installer. It is ok, but it says search path. Is it with or
without "/" and actually which...
aaa... I'm a bit (? :) confused.
