[lazarus] searching package testers

Hi all,

I have started some scripts to create TGZs, RPMs and DEBs for lazarus and
fpcsrc. See tools/install/README.
fpcsrc is a package to install the freepascal sources, which are needed by the
IDE. The lazarus packages depend on 1.0.7. Debian users must wait till a
bugfix in the fpc/install/debian/rules file is applied OR they just apply it
themselves (see attachment).

The packages should basically work, although they need some finetuning.
(dependencies, description, checks, clean ups, ...). I installed the packages,
started the IDE and could compile and create events without any setup.

When the packages mature and Michael A. H. is back, they will be added to the
downloads section.

Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
