[lazarus] BitButtonImages

Hi,
in file defaultbitbtnimages.inc is defined IMG_IGNIORE with wrong height.
The first line is "18 18 5 1" but it should be "18 17 5 1".

And one question more.
In IMG_IGNIORE is used "none" as a color (in all other images is used 
"None" (with the first uppercase "N"). Is the pixmam format case 
sensitive or insensitive? If it is insensitive then please use the 
attached patchfile for fixing the CreatePixmapIndirect function in Win32 
interface. In other case correct the "none" -> "None".
