I agree, that we need a tutorial with a step-by-step install page. 
But I'm not sure, if we should explain how to install a package (rpm -ivh)
and not explain where to get the missing devel packages.
The next lazarus package will require the gdk-pixbuf-devel package, so I
hope the linker error will vanish.
