[lazarus] Win32 version compile error

What stuff ? From where I can get them ?

I change it ..

An still have an error ..


This is it :

"C:\Projects\Lazarus CVS\lazarus>make
Makefile:17: *** You need the GNU utils package to use
this Makefile.  Stop."

An if I try fpcmake I get this :

"C:\Projects\Lazarus CVS\lazarus>fpcmake
Processing Makefile.fpc
Error: Target "win32", package "rtl" not found"
