[lazarus] New component: TMRUList

I just posted TMRUList to the downloads section.

Drop it on your form and it will maintain a menu list of most recently
used files.  It will save or load that list to an XML file of your
choice.

It automatically finds your TMainMenu and adds itself in there,
optionally using a submenu.
