[lazarus] Data Module

I've just started my first project using a Data Module.

Aren't the TComponent descendants I drop on it supposed to show up on 
the DataModule window?

They appear in the object inspector tree, but the icons don't appear in 
the DataModule "form".  All I get is a blank white form.

I can even select the item in the Object Inspector tree, click on the 
title bar of the DataModule and hit the delete key to delete the 
component... so I know they are there.
