[lazarus] Delphi and FPC compatible LCL version

My comment is that fpc cannot find the FCL. CustApp.pp is part of the FCL shipped with fpc. I had the same problem after renaming
the FreePascal directory. The solution was to adjust the fpc.cfg and setpath.bat file. Or to restore the original directory name
C:\pp (the install default).
