[lazarus] Delphi and FPC compatible LCL version

The code is up to date with the only exception: messages.pp. The code is based on the last changes in LCL files on the CVS server,
date: 2003-11-14 21:24. I have updated the LCL directory on my harddisk at 2003-11-14 22:30. And there were no further changes.
