[lazarus] Pango for GTK2 Interface

Just found the problem causing crashing with pango so worked around an
turned it on by default. (Though ExtTextOut and TextOut are.. 
problematic) 

This is _not_ for the faint of heart, but for the willing and eager. So
go ahead... you know you want too, go try the GTK2 interface right now.
And pehaps.. maybe.. just maybe... even work on some patches. ;)

Apart from this I think the only two big obstacles to real use are the
drawing/clipping offsets(which is likely affecting textout and co) and
event cancelling and callback, which have me stumped. After that we
should be home free(most examples already work to varying degrees)
besides general bug fixing.
