[lazarus] Listbox patch

Hi,

Attached patch supports creating owner drawn listboxes in the win32
interface. I replaced the LM_LB_GETINDEXAT message with a function
GetListBoxItemAt.

The build lazarus dialog can be shown now and changes be made, but I
haven't been able to actually build lazarus from the IDE, needs further
debugging (or maybe better configuration). Also the images are not
always shown correctly and I would like to leave that for others to fix.
