[Lazarus] Error when loading forms in Lazarus - Unknown property: "LCLVersion"

I agree that it is definitely a good attribute to have. It's just a little
bit irritating at the moment.  But it will all be ironed out if 0.9.26
ships.  Then we can just say, Upgrade! :-)
