[Lazarus] Unable to open the package "JPEGForLazarus".

I downgraded to Lazarus 0.9.24.
Now I am using the Lazarus that I have installed from deb packages.
The warning message gone when I have setup in Environment menu the
Source Files directories for fpc and lazarus:
/usr/share/fpcsrc/
/usr/share/lazarus/
