My fault. The error message is 100% correct!  I uninstalled the right
package (tiOPFGUI.lpk), but never cleared out the unit output
directory which was shared by another required package (tiOPF.lpk).
Lazarus found the redundant *.ppu units, which it rightly complained
about.
