[Lazarus] PowerPDF Installation

I think it was very likely the same story with me.   :)

I have not played much with  PowerPdf  yet,  but after a few tests it seems 
that it does the job well.
Though it must  have some srange bugs yet. After placing ( ... or was it 
deleting ?) one of the Powerpdf  components on the form Windows  XP seemed 
to be  frosen. In fact it was not, but it took minutes for the OS to react 
for a single mouseclick and never recovered without a reboot.

Anyhow, it is nice to have the Lazarus port of PowerPdf. :)
